Why can’t I hear any sound?

  • First, check if your ringer volume is turned up
  • Then make sure the ring/silent switch does NOT show the orange dot
  • Lastly, make sure the AirPlay mode is NOT on by swiping up from the bottom of your screen and make sure “AirPlay” is in black text and NOT selected
  • Then re-enter the Wizard School app and try watching a video
